Due to the sheer number of products in any given category on Amazon, it is not possible to store all unmatched Amazon products in the system. As a result, Amazon products cannot be matched from the suggestions in the grid. To create an Amazon match, click on the ‘Add Marketplace Match‘ button located at the bottom of the grid on the Add New Matches page, as seen below.
This will open a new window, see below.
You can select Amazon from the Retailer drop-down, shown in the image above.
You can then select your product using the magnifying glass icon to the right of the Our ID box. This will open the same ‘lookup’ window as previously covered in the manually changing a suggested match article.
From your list of products, choose the product that you want to match by clicking on ‘Select‘.
