Their are four different types of Users within the IST System which are all granted different permissions which are listed below. Normally the key contact (who we have directly spoken to in regards of setting up the system) is granted a ‘Super Admin’ status. This allows the Super Admin to set up other users in the system.
- Super Admin – Has access to everything in the system including user maintenance (can add/delete/change users)
- Admin – Has access to everything in the system EXCEPT user maintenance
- Super User – Has access to Dashboard / Reports / Tutorials AND can amend matches in the Maintain menu
- User – Has access to the Dashboard / Reports / Tutorials ONLY
